American soprano Kerri Marcinko debuted in France last season with Lyrique en Mer as Alice Ford in Falstaff.Recent performances include the title role in Tosca with Opera East Texas, Mimi in La Boheme and Donna Anna in Don Giovanni with Spokane (Washington) and Nashville Operas, and Micaela in Carmen with Lyric Opera of San Antonio (Texas). In the fall of 2006, she made her New York City Opera debut as Micaela in Carmen. Ms. Marcinko is a graduate of the Houston Grand Opera Studio, where she sang many roles on the main stage. Ms. Marcinko’s concert engagements include a Carnegie Hall concert with the New England Symphonic Ensemble in works by Beethoven and Charpentier, and most recently an Alice Tully Hall performance with the Little Orchestra Society of New York, where she sang Gretchen in Victor Herbert’s operetta, The Red Mill. Upcoming engagements include Leonora in Il Trovatore in Toledo (Ohio) and a return to New York City Opera.
